Does the agent use only ‘A’ or better rated companies? Yes
What does the agent do to make sure I’m properly covered? Balsiger Insurance reviews things like CCR’s, Reserve Studies, Financials, inspection of the property, discussion with the board members. We also are active in CAI and stay up to date on NRS Statutes.
Are payment terms convenient to how I do business? Yes…completely flexible.
What are my rewards for loyalty? Balsiger Insurance will attend meetings, shop coverage for you, work with unit owners on their individual insurance needs..
How easy and hassle-free is it to work with the agent? Extremely easy..that is our motto…we actually insure many of the management companies we work with.
If I need/want additional coverage how long will it take the agent to respond? Our goal is to respond to all service requests same day.
Ask some Director & Officer questions like—who is a named insured?  Explain your prior acts/tail coverage provision.  Is there a duty to defend clause or is it reimbursement? Balsiger Insurance has access to the stripped down policies but has elected not to offer them….this is your most important coverage…don’t cut corners!
